Ken Schuler

 Ken Schuler has 40 years of experience in the snack, candy, beverage and consumer goods sales calling on all classes of trade grocery, drug, mass and club including corporate headquarters such as Core-Mark and McLane. For the past 30 years, Ken has focused on the convenience store industry as a Broker Principal and the past eight years as a broker manager and brokerage company owner. Outside of the industry Ken is a High School tennis coach in addition to coaching and teaching high performing juniors in the USTA NorCal Section.

 I have been in the convenience business now for 5 years as a Broker and love it. There is something to learn everyday.  I enjoy working with the customers, distributers, and our manufacturer’s.  Building relationships is what it’s all about, and I thoroughly enjoy the comradery.

Cynda Warr

Cynda Warr came to Finish Line Sales in May of 2019 with 20 years of experience as a marketing manager/buyer for a convenience store chain called More For Less.  Coming from the buying side of the business, she has a plethora of experience and diverse knowledge with many brands in the convenience industry, which provides a tremendous value.  Cynda is focused on the development and growth of current and new business. She prides herself on making lasting relationships for mutual success.  Her greatest strengths are organizational and strategic planning.

Cynda holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento and lives in Fair Oaks with her 2 kids and 3 crazy dogs.  In her free time, she likes traveling, spending time outdoors and enjoys staying fit.

Darren Johnson

I have over 25 years of experience in food and beverage sales, the last 10 years on the distribution side with Core-Mark as a Fresh and Fast-Food Marketing Manager. I spent 10 years on the Big Island of Hawaii starting up and running a family farm that sold tropical fruit and hydroponic lettuce to local restaurants. My passions are golf and photography and spending time with family and friends.

Susan Rivera

Susan has over 25+ years in the retail grocery industry.  Started working at Safeway as a checker and worked her way up to corporate headquarters.  Susan’s background is in the grocery industry with experience as an Outside Sales Rep, Regional Manager, National Sales Mgr. and Brokerage Companies.  She upholds a “Strive for More” philosophy.  Employs fact base sales approach to support the retailer and customer needs. Susan has experience working with Walmart, Costco, Albertson’s/Safeway, Kroger, large retailers across the US, exporting, wholesalers and manufactures.  In her spare time, she enjoys giving back by fundraising for LLS and United Way.  Her passions are enjoying time with her family/grandchildren, friends, hiking and scuba diving.

Matt Wells

Matt has over 30 years’ experience in the convenience store industry. His background is in beverage, dairy, candy, snack and consumer goods. His strengths are in customer service, problem solving and creating new growth opportunities for retailers. The last 14 years he has worked in various positions with Core-Mark as a sales account consultant, territory sales manager and food service manager. For the past 4 years he has lived on the central coast sales consulting with convenience retailers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, enjoys golfing and wine tasting on the central coast.
